White Chocolate Snickerdoodle Pronuts

Chef Miami | White Chocolate Snickerdoodle Pronuts


  • 2 cups oat flour
  • 1 cup eatmeguiltfree DIY Blondie Mix
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 xylitol (it could be less or more)
  • almond milk (enough to mix)
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips or chunks


Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray a Donuts baking pan with nonstick spray.

Step 2

In a bowl combine all dry ingredients.

Step 3

In a small bowl combine together eggs and almond milk. Add to the dry mixture and combine with a spatula.

Step 4

Add white chocolate chips or chunks. Blend until all ingredients are well combine.

Step 5

Fill each doughnut mold about ¾ full — about two large tablespoons.

Step 6

Bake for 12 mins. Remove from pan and allow doughnuts to cool.
