White Chocolate Cake Easter Eggs


Chef Miami | White Chocolate Cake Easter Eggs


  • 2 cups eatmeguiltfree DIY blondie mix
  • 1 egg
  • 4 egg whites
  • 2 tbs almond flour
  • 1/4 cup melted white chocolate
  • almond milk (enough to mix)
  • coated:
  • 1 cup melted dark chocolate


Step 1

Preheat oven to 360 F.

Step 2

Carefully make a small hole in the top of the egg shell.

Step 3

Pour the contents of the egg out of the shell (keep them separate to make the cake batter)

Step 4

Rinse out the inside of the egg shells and let them dry out.

Step 5

In a bowl combine all the cake ingredients .

Step 6

Place the dry egg shells into a cupcake tin and carefully pour cake batter inside.

Step 7

Bake for 18 min. Remove from oven and let cool down.

Step 8

Remove shells and coat the white chocolate cake easter eggs with dark chocolate.

Step 9

Freeze for 5 min to let chocolate set.
