Chef Miami | S’mores Poptarts
- 6 Wonton wrappers
- 1/4 cup eatmeguiltfree Chocolate Peanut Powder
- 2 tbs almond milk
- 1 tsp xylitol
- 1/4 cup chefmiami Protein Marshmallows
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray.
In a small bowl combine eatmeguiltfree Chocolate Peanut Powder, almond milk and xylitol.
Stir until you get a chocolate paste. You can add more almond milk if needed. Set aside.
Place 3 wonton wraps on the baking sheet. Drop 1 tbs of chocolate paste on the center of each wrap.
Top with protein marshmallows.
Brush edges of wraps with water. Place a second wrap on top and crimp edges together tightly with a fork.
Spray S'mores Poptarts with non-stick spray.
Bake for 7 minutes and the broil until lightly browned.
Remove from oven and drizzle peanut butter or remaining chocolate paste on top.
