- 1 bag eatmeguiltfree Brownie DIY mix
- 5 egg whites
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup xylitol
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbs almond meal
- Almond milk (enough to mix)
- 1 scoop Cheesecake protein powder
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 1 cup vegetarian cream cheese
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray a cake pan with non stick coconut oil.
Brownie: In a bowl combine together dry ingredients eatmeguiltfree Brownie DIY mix, Xylitol, baking powder and almond meal.
Slowly add egg whites and mix. Add almond milk as needed.
Pour about 2/3 of the batter to prepared cake pan, spreading evenly. Then use a spoon to create a well or a tunnel in the middle of the batter,
Bake for 10 min.
In a bowl combine all cheesecake ingredients.
Take brownie from oven and evenly spoon cheesecake on top.
Top with remaining cake batter, covering the cheesecake filling entirely.
Bake for 30 minutes. Remove and let cool before slicing.
