Peanut Butter Protein Cookies by Chef MiamiChef Miami 


  • 1/4 cup eatmeguiltfree Peanut Butter Powder
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/ 4 cup almond meal
  • 2 scoops eatmeguiltfree Chocolate Peanut Butter protein powder
  • 1 egg
  • almond milk (enough to mix)
  • 3 tbs xylitol (optional)
  • Slices strawberries
  • Melted Dark chocolate (optional)


Step 1

Preheat oven to 360 F. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray.

Step 2

In a bowl combine dry ingredients. Add egg and peanut butter.

Step 3

Combine until you get a stiff dough ( slowly add almond milk if too crumbly)

Step 4

With your hands form little balls and flatten with a fork.

Step 5

Place sliced strawberries on top of each cookie.

Step 6

Bake for 10 min.
