Peanut Butter Protein Cookies by Chef MiamiChef Miami
- 1/4 cup eatmeguiltfree Peanut Butter Powder
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/ 4 cup almond meal
- 2 scoops eatmeguiltfree Chocolate Peanut Butter protein powder
- 1 egg
- almond milk (enough to mix)
- 3 tbs xylitol (optional)
- Slices strawberries
- Melted Dark chocolate (optional)
Preheat oven to 360 F. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray.
In a bowl combine dry ingredients. Add egg and peanut butter.
Combine until you get a stiff dough ( slowly add almond milk if too crumbly)
With your hands form little balls and flatten with a fork.
Place sliced strawberries on top of each cookie.
Bake for 10 min.
