Chef Miami | Blondie S’mores
- 1 cup eatmeguiltfree DIY Blondie Mix
- 1 egg
- 3 tbs almond meal
- almond milk ( enough to mix)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup chefmiami Protein Marshmallows
- 1 cup dark chocolate
Preheat oven to 360 F. Spray a loaf pan with nonstick spray.
In a bowl combine all dry ingredients. Add egg and milk. Mix well until smooth.
Pour 1/4 of the batter into the loaf pan. Bake for 15 min
Remove from oven. Place chocolate on top of the blondie.
Top chocolate with protein marshmallows.
Pour remaining batter on top.
Bake for 20 mins
Cut into pieces. Serve warm.
