Chef Miami | No Bake Protein Cupcakes
No Bake Protein Cupcakes! What?? Yes, not only they are high in protein and super super yummy but you don’t have to bake them!!

- 1 cup coconut flour (you can substitute for almond meal)
- 1/4 cup eatmeguiltfree Chocolate Peanut Butter
- 1/4 cup Peanut Butter
- Almond Milk (enough to mix)
- 1/2 cup sugar free melted white chocolate (optional)
- Blueberries (optional)
Line a mini muffin pan with cupcake liners.
In a bowl mix coconut flour, eatmeguiltfree Chocolate Peanut Butter, 1/4 cup Peanut Butter and almond milk.
Mix until you get a dough. With your hands form little balls.
Press each ball into the cupcake liners.
Pour 2 tsp of melted white chocolate on top of each cupcake.
Freeze for 10 min to let chocolate set.
Remove from freezer and top each cupcakes with blueberries.
