Surprise Protein PB Brownie Truffles
Chef Miami | Surprise Protein PB Brownie Truffles
- 1/4 cup eatmeguiltfree peanut butter powder
- 1/2 cup almond meal
- 1/2 cup chocolate protein powder
- 1 cup peanut butter
- Almond milk (enough to mix)
- 1/4 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 cup melted dark chocolate
With a spoon filled each raspberry with peanut butter. Freeze for 20 min.
In a bowl combine eatmeguiltfree peanut butter powder, almond meal, chocolate protein powder.
Add Peanut Butter and combine together until they make a dough.
With your hands divide dough in to 8 & roll in to balls.
Remove raspberries from freezer. Take a ball, push thumb in to make a cup.
Place one filled raspberry on each cup, roll back in to a ball
Coat truffles in the melted dark chocolate. Freeze for 10 min or until chocolate set.
