Raspberry Blondie Crisps

Raspberry Blondie Crisps

Raspberry Blondie Crisps

What you'll need

  • 2 Eat Me Guilt Free Protein Blondie
  • 2 cup raspberries
  • 5 drops of stevia sweetener
  • RECOMMENDED: 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 1 cup melting chocolate

What you'll do

  1. Take your Blondies and mash them into pieces. Set to the side.
  2. Place your raspberries in a bowl and add 5 drops of stevia sweetener.
  3.  Muddle your sweetener raspberries.
  4. Add in your crumbled blondie bits to the raspberries and mix until combined.
  5. RECOMMENDED: to help the mixture bind, we recommend adding a tablespoon of chia seeds as well.
  6. Spoon your mixture into a shallow, sectioned baking pan OR onto a baking sheet with parchment paper (when doing the latter, space out the dollops far enough so that they don’t combine).
  7. Place your tray in the freezer for 20-30 minutes until solid.
  8. Once your raspberry bites are frozen, melt your chocolate according to the packaging instructions.
  9. Dip your raspberry bites into the melted chocolate until coated. To level up this treat, you can coat only half of the raspberry bites or drizzle extra chocolate on top in fun designs.
  10. Leave your coasted raspberry bites on a clean tray in the fridge to chill and harden.
  11. Once they cool and the chocolate has hardened they’re ready to enjoy!
