
National Pumpkin Day on October 26th, we made Pumpkin Spice White Chocolate Truffles! These are the perfect treats for when you have a sweet tooth but still want to get your protein in (and if you're just as obsessed with anything pumpkin spice as we are)
What you’ll need
- 6 Pumpkin Spice 2.0 Blondies
- 8 oz of cream cheese frosting
- 10z of white meltable chocolate
- Red & yellow or orange food coloring
What to do
1. Crumble the blondies into a mixing bowl and add in frosting, mix until thoroughly combined and no large lumps remain
2. Form into 1.5 inch balls, place on parchment paper, and freeze for 1 hour
3. Carefully melt chocolate in the microwave, stirring every 10 seconds
4. Dip each Pumpkin Spice Blondie ball into the chocolate and fully cover
5. Place the chocolate covered truffles onto parchment paper to dry
6. Add food coloring to the remaining melted white chocolate, then drizzle on top of the truffles
7. Either serve immediately or refrigerate until you are ready to enjoy!
