
Ingredients
- 2 slices of EMGF Protein Bread
- 2 oz of vegan shredded cheese ( I like Violife)
- Olive oil and grilling brush
Instructions
- Brush olive oil and sprinkle salt on each slice of bread on one side.
- Place one slice, oiled side down, onto a preheated skillet over medium heat.
- Add grated cheese to bread.
- Top with second slice of bread, oiled side up, and flip sandwich.
- Grill until cheese is melted and bread is golden brown on both sides.
