Protein Plant Based Grilled Cheese

Ingredients 

  • 2 slices of Eat Me Guilt Free Protein Bread
  • 2 oz of vegan shredded cheese ( I like Violife)
  • Olive oil and grilling brush

Instructions

  1. Brush olive oil and sprinkle salt on each slice of bread on one side.
  2. Place one slice, oiled side down, onto a preheated skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add grated cheese to bread.
  4. Top with second slice of bread, oiled side up, and flip sandwich.
  5. Grill until cheese is melted and bread is golden brown on both sides.
