Here’s the perfect festive fall recipe for when you’re craving a Starbs cake pop but also want to get your protein in. These pumpkin-shaped pumpkin spice cake pops are packed with protein, low carb, and super easy to make!
What you'll need
- 6 Pumpkin Spice 2.0 Blondies
- 4 tbsp of caramel
- 2 cups of meltable white chocolate
- Red & yellow or orange food coloring
- Green icing
- Cake pop mold
- Cake pop sticks
What to do
- Crumble the blondies into a bowl, add the caramel and continue mixing until thoroughly combined
- Take about 3 tbsp of mixture, form into balls and then place into the mold
- Close the mold and insert the sticks
- Freeze for 2 hours
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave and add the food coloring
- Carefully dip the frozen cake pops into the chocolate, turning to evenly coat
- Then place the cake pops in the cake pop holder to dry
- Once dry, use the green food coloring to draw the pumpkin stems at the top of the pop
