Protein-Packed Pumpkin Spice Cake Pops

Here’s the perfect festive fall recipe for when you’re craving a Starbs cake pop but also want to get your protein in. These pumpkin-shaped pumpkin spice cake pops are packed with protein, low carb, and super easy to make!

 

What you'll need

  • 6 Pumpkin Spice 2.0 Blondies 
  • 4 tbsp of caramel 
  • 2 cups of meltable white chocolate 
  • Red & yellow or orange food coloring
  • Green icing 
  • Cake pop mold 
  • Cake pop sticks

 

What to do

  1. Crumble the blondies into a bowl, add the caramel and continue mixing until thoroughly combined 
  2. Take about 3 tbsp of mixture, form into balls and then place into the mold
  3. Close the mold and insert the sticks 
  4. Freeze for 2 hours 
  5. Melt the chocolate in the microwave and add the food coloring 
  6. Carefully dip the frozen cake pops into the chocolate, turning to evenly coat 
  7. Then place the cake pops in the cake pop holder to dry 
  8. Once dry, use the green food coloring to draw the pumpkin stems at the top of the pop
