Protein Thanksgiving Stuffing - say no more!Who else usually settles for the classic stuffing from a box for Thanksgiving dinner? Well, not this year! That old stuffing from may taste good but it’s definitely not good for you. So that’s why we had to whip up our own. This protein-packed low-carb stuffing is 1000x more flavorful and super easy to make! So get ready to show off your cooking skills for the fam this Thanksgiving dinner!


What you'll need

  • Loaf of Eat Me Guilt Free Protein Bread
  • 1 stick of plant-based olive oil butter
  • 1 1/2 cups diced celery
  • 1 diced medium yellow onion
  • 1 cup cranberries
  • 1/3 cup minced parsley
  • 1/4 cup minced sage leaves
  • 2 tbsp minced thyme
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 2 eggs
  • Fresh rosemary
  • Sea salt to taste

What you'll do

  1. Preheat pan on medium and preheat oven on 350° F
  2. Slice bread into 1 in squares and prepare the rest of the ingredients accordingly
  3. Add butter to the pan, stirring to melt evenly 
  4. Add in onions, celery, and cranberries, stirring frequently to heat evenly 
  5. Once onions have browned, add in the bread and mix 
  6. Pour the egg, broth, and spices in and mix 
  7. Cook for another 5 minutes before transferring to a baking pan 
  8. Bake stuffing for 30 minutes 
  9. Garnish with fresh rosemary, cranberries, and sea salt to taste
