
Looking for an easy to make weeknight dinner that’s good for you AND tastes good too? These steak fajitas are packed with protein and flavor PLUS they only require one pan!
What you’ll need
- 2 Eat Me Guilt Free Protein Tortillas
- 2 cups of sliced peppers
- 1/2 cup of sliced onions
- 1lb of sliced steak
- 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro
- Fajita seasoning
- Sea salt
- 1 Lime
What to do
1. Slice the peppers and onion
2. Preheat a pan on medium with cooking oil
3. Add the peppers and onions, sprinkling salt and stirring frequently
4. Sprinkle the steak with sea salt and fajita seasoning, add to to pan once the vegetables have softened
5. Cook for another 7 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently to ensure the steak is cooked evenly
6. Warm the tortillas for a couple minutes in the oven
7. Top the tortillas with a generous portion of the steak and peppers then squeeze lime and sprinkle with cilantro
8. Serve with sour cream, salsa and avocado
