Plant based protein grilled cheese?! Yup, you read that right! For those times when nothing but a good grilled cheese will do, here’s the perfect guilt free option! It’s protein packed, low carb, dairy free and absolutely delicious. 

 

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of EMGF Protein Bread
  • 2 slices of vegan provolone 
  • Handful of vegan cheddar shreds
  • Coconut oil cooking spray

Recipe

  1. Preheat pan on medium and spray with cooking oil
  2. Place 2 slices of provolone and hand full of cheddar shreds onto the bread
  3. Cook the sandwich on medium heat for about 3 minutes each side until bread is crispy, covering the pan to help the cheese melt
  4. Slice the grilled cheese and serve while warm
