Ingredients
- 2 slices of EMGF Protein Bread
- 2 slices of vegan provolone
- Handful of vegan cheddar shreds
- Coconut oil cooking spray
Recipe
- Preheat pan on medium and spray with cooking oil
- Place 2 slices of provolone and hand full of cheddar shreds onto the bread
- Cook the sandwich on medium heat for about 3 minutes each side until bread is crispy, covering the pan to help the cheese melt
- Slice the grilled cheese and serve while warm
