Chocolate Brownie Protein Blizzard

Here’s our take on the iconic chocolate brownie blizzard...but make it better for you! This protein packed smoothie takes less than 10 minutes to make and is the perfect post-workout treat or an anytime guilt free indulgence!

 

Ingredients 

  • EMGF Chocolate Brownie
  • 1 Scoop of Chocolate protein powder (we used a vegan option)
  • 2 Cups of Milk (we used oat) 
  • 1 tsp Xantham Gum 
  • 2 Cups of Ice

 

Recipe 

  1. Add all the ingredients into a blender
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, adding more liquid if needed
  3. Of course do the upside down blizzard test :)
  4. Top with crumbled up brownie
