
Here’s our take on the iconic chocolate brownie blizzard...but make it better for you! This protein packed smoothie takes less than 10 minutes to make and is the perfect post-workout treat or an anytime guilt free indulgence!
Ingredients
- EMGF Chocolate Brownie
- 1 Scoop of Chocolate protein powder (we used a vegan option)
- 2 Cups of Milk (we used oat)
- 1 tsp Xantham Gum
- 2 Cups of Ice
Recipe
- Add all the ingredients into a blender
- Blend until smooth and creamy, adding more liquid if needed
- Of course do the upside down blizzard test :)
- Top with crumbled up brownie
