
Brownie Cake Pops: Valentine's Edition
Makes 6 cake pops
Ingredients
- Cake pop mold
- Cake pop sticks
- 3 chocolate EMGF brownies
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup meltable chocolates
- Edible glitter
- Icing
Recipe
- Crumble brownies into a bowl and mix in the peanut butter until thoroughly combined
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave and fill cake pop molds, then fill molds with chocolate brownie mixture , cover with melted chocolate and freeze for 15 minutes
- Once chocolate has hardened thoroughly pop out of molds and push in the cake pop sticks
- Decorate with edible glitter (you can NEVER have too much glitter) then decorate with icing and serve ! :)
