Brownie Cake Pops

Brownie Cake Pops: Valentine's Edition

Makes 6 cake pops  

Ingredients 

  • Cake pop mold
  • Cake pop sticks
  • 3 chocolate EMGF brownies
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup meltable chocolates
  • Edible glitter
  • Icing

Recipe 

  1. Crumble brownies into a bowl and mix in the peanut butter until thoroughly combined
  2. Melt the chocolate in the microwave and fill cake pop molds, then fill molds with chocolate brownie mixture , cover with melted chocolate and freeze for 15 minutes
  3. Once chocolate has hardened thoroughly pop out of molds and push in the cake pop sticks
  4. Decorate with edible glitter (you can NEVER have too much glitter) then decorate with icing and serve ! :)
