Upside-Down Banana Apple Cake

Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 370 F. Spray a cake pan with nonstick coconut oil.

Step 2

In a large bowl, mash 4 ripe bananas.

Step 3

Add greek yogurt mix until well combine.

Step 4

Add Eat Me Guilt Free DIY Blondie Mix, cinnamon, xylitol, baking powder, Eat Me Guilt Free Vanilla Protein powder. Mix with a spatula.

Step 5

Add chopped apples and combine. Set aside

Step 6

In a bowl combine Eat Me Guilt Free Peanut Butter Powder with 1 tbs almond milk. Pour into cake pan.

Step 7

Slice remaining bananas. Lay the banana slices evenly on top of the peanut butter.

Step 8

Evenly spread batter on top of bananas.

Step 9

Bake for 20-30 min.

Step 10

Let cool down completely. Place a plate upside-down on top of the pan, then invert the pan, flipping the banana bread onto the plate.

Step 11

Drizzle melted dark chocolate on top (optional)
