Peanut Butter & Jelly Ice Cream Sandwich by Chef Miami

Ingredients:

Peanut Butter Cookie Dough:

Eat Me Guilt Free Peanut Butter Powder

1/4 cup water ( you can add more)

1/4 cup xylitol or stevia

Pinch of Salt

1 scoop Eat Me Guilt Free Vanilla Protein powder

1 tsp vanilla extract

Jelly Ice Cream:

1/2 cup sugar free raspberry jelly (or any flavor you like)

2 cups Eatenlightened Cookie Dough Icre Cream

 

Method:

 

Step 1:

Gently combine jelly with Ice cream. Place back in the freezer until ready to use.

 

Step 2:

Peanut Butter:

Combine al ingredients in a mixer,  Place Peanut butter cookies dough into a baking sheet and freeze for a least 2 hours.

 

Step 3:

 

To assemble the sandwiches:

Cut PB cookie dough in half. Evenly top one half with ice cream, Place remaining cookie cough half on top of the ice cream.

 

 

Step 4:

Place back to freezer for 1 hour. Cut into individual squares with a warm knife and serve immediately.
